Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return your CARTRASH.COM product, you need to e-mail email@example.com, stating the reason for return within 14 days of receiving your CARTRASH.COM product. Clearly explain why you would like to return your CARTRASH.COM product and if the CARTRASH.COM products are faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary.
For returns, exchanges and refunds the customer will bear all costs (only if otherwise communicated, i.e. a special period of free shipping and returns). The customer will remain fully responsible for the goods until the goods are received by us.
If the CARTRASH products are faulty (due to manufacturing errors), we will refund the customer in full and will include shipping costs.

You need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We recommend that you return the goods to us by track-able means and insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take good care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse (Again, this does not apply when you order in a special period of free shipping and returns, you will receive a special return sticker and instruction with your packaging). In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
All packaging should be included with your return. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. Items returned are to be unused. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
We advise that tax and duties are not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.
If you wish to exchange your CARTRASH.COM product, you need to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the reason for exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. Clearly explain why you would like to exchange the item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary.
If you would like to exchange an item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Exchanges will be sent to you once your original products have been received in their original, re-saleable condition.
